1. Manufacturer Warranty
New laptops, branded desktops, laser printers, and security cameras sold through Vishal Computer carry their respective original manufacturer warranties. We assist customers with documentation and guidance for authorized brand service centers in Bihar.
2. Repair Workmanship Guarantee
Component-level repairs performed at our workshop (such as laptop display replacements or power supply upgrades) include standard workmanship testing. If an issue recurs under normal usage within the agreed post-service testing period, our technicians will re-evaluate the equipment promptly.
