1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, or utilizing the repair and hardware services of Vishal Computer, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Service Estimates & Authorizations
Hardware diagnostic fees and component replacement estimates are provided after physical inspection of equipment at our store in Lah Bazar Rd, Purani Gurhatti, Darshan Nagar, Chapra, Bihar. No major repairs will proceed without customer consent.
3. Customer Data Backup Responsibility
Customers are strongly advised to back up critical data prior to handing over devices for operating system installation or hardware repairs. While we exercise utmost care, Vishal Computer is not liable for pre-existing filesystem corruption or hardware drive failure.
